We are a small, established building company based on the outskirts of Malvern and have been trading in the construction industry specialising in older period properties over 15 years. We undertake various aspects of building work, including timber frame restoration, maintenance and extensions. Working closely with a variety of skilled tradesmen enables us to provide an all round building service for our clients. Our aim is to carry out the work sympathetically to the property and where possible restore them to their original condition.
As a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen our work has been certified to a high standard.
Lee left school in 1986 and served his apprenticeship in brickwork for a Cheltenham based construction firm. On completion of his apprenticeship he was then employed on a country estate where he learned more traditional methods of building work on period properties. He set up Churchill Property Restoration Ltd in 1999.
One of our more recent projects is Lilac Cottage for Mr & Mrs Allen. This involved the total renovation of the existing timber frame, replacement cedar shingle roof and rear extension. We are delighted to have been nominated by South Worcestershire Building Control for an Award of Excellence 2014. You can see the full Lilac Cottage project in our gallery page.
While the majority of our work is renovation we have also been involved in a number small developments and restoration projects of our own, one of which was Maple House which is used as the backdrop to this website and also featured on Escape to the Country where we received excellent reviews. You can see the full Maple House project in our gallery page.
